Here are a couple of little gag scenes I have in mind for Sailor Moon. *ahem* [1] (Usagi confronts Mamoru in a table at the Arcade with Luna in tow while Rei & Ami watch.) Usagi: Alright Mamo! I've concocted a secret formula to deal with pests like you! Mamoru: Wow Usagi, I'm surprised you even know to how to pronounce such words. Rei: Oh yes, say Ami have you been lending Usagi here your thesaurus? Ami: I normally try to but Usagi barely makes any effort to even look at a thesaurus, let alone any other schoolbook. Usagi: SILENCE! Alright Mamo now its time for you to face the wrath of my... Jerk-Off spray! Now... JERK OFF! (Then Usagi keeps spraying Mamoru in the face with some water in which a rather annoyed & bemused Mamoru's face is soaked wet.) Usagi: Huh? Wha... why isn't this working? Mamoru (as he dries off): Sorry Usagi but your a bit too... small for me. Now if this were Rei or perhaps even Ami that would be a different story. Rei: You know it Mamo. ;P Ami

Though speaking of the latter, one trend of this is "Keep Unrequited Romance Pining Subplots going on and on and don't resolve them until much later at best to at worse when the story is over". In which certain Shounen
